I found it very moving to watch Duke's seniors speak to their Cameron constituency last night. Such a fine bunch of young men, part of such an illustrious program, having such a challenging week.
And they played so well, fundamentally. If only they had scored more points, or had caused us to score fewer, they might have won.

As a devoted UNC fan at Cameron Saturday night I armed myself with a plentiful supply of geek repellent and enjoyed the madness. Very loud until, of course, when those brainiacs figured out they had lost. Then it was super quiet. I stayed (as most did) to hear JJ and the gang address the crowd. Again, touching. I smiled as they chanted "wait to April and safety school." Nice W.
